Hi there. Welcome to So Intricake! I'm Raadhika Manoj and I create the recipes for our classes and events. My son's aversion to eggs started the ball rolling on this journey into the world of egg free baking and from there, to creating delicious egg free, dairy free, nut free & gluten free cakes and cookies. This is what I'm happy to bring to you! Great tasting easy recipes with healthy ingredients. Classes are informal, light-hearted and full of fun. I'm always happy to share lots of extra tips and ingredient information which I have picked up along the way. Once you have tasted some of these cakes and cookies, then you may never go back to baking with eggs, dairy and gluten. We  serve freshly brewed coffee and the Bake of the Day before class while we get to know each other a little better. So come on over and give our classes a try.
