About Us

When I first realised that my son, Kiran was sensitive to eggs, I needed to make adjustments in this diet. A mum on a mission, I went on a research binge to find healthier alternatives. So here - my child with gourmet tastes which needed some tweaking. Then like the proverbial silver lining, through extensive reading, research and experimenting in the kitchen, a whole new world of possibilities opened up. I came up with a range of easy-to-make egg-free cakes which he taste-tested and later, dairy-free and gluten-free cakes. These egg-free, dairy-free & gluten-free cakes are so good that many are unable to tell that the difference. Come on over and see and taste what we can offer you. You will be pleasantly surprised!
